Ameilla
Twin mom. Chickens. Roofing company. She fears very little.
Ameilla is the calm in the storm. Sometimes literally. As a mom of twin girls and a boy, she has made an art form out of managing chaos, which turns out to be excellent training for roofing season. She is warm, dependable, and the first to notice the gate left open, the empty coffee cup, or the question someone was too tired to ask.
Her care shows up in the way a project actually feels. Small details do not slip by. Promises made on day one are kept on the last day. Homeowners relax because she has already thought three steps ahead and handled the thing they did not know to worry about.
If it has four legs, feathers, or needs a new roof, she can probably handle it. And if you have ever wished a contractor felt more like someone you already trusted, that is Ameilla.

5’0”. Still gets on the roof.
Being Ollie’s mom has shaped the way Brooklynn does just about everything, including business. She’s the kind of mom who can turn an ordinary Tuesday into an adventure, goes all in on whatever idea Ollie dreams up next, and believes the little details deserve just as much attention as the big ones. She’s learned that making someone feel cared for usually happens in a hundred small ways, not one grand gesture.
That same mindset follows her to A&B. She notices the details, asks a lot of questions, and has never been particularly talented at accepting “good enough.” She wants homeowners to understand what’s happening to their home without needing a minor degree in roofing to follow along.
For Brooklynn, taking care of people is pretty simple: show up, communicate, pay attention, and care a little more than people expect you to. And if it can be done better, she’s probably already thinking about how.
Fun facts about Brooklynn
- 01I'm 5 feet tall. Which feels relevant considering my career involves climbing roofs.
- 02I have an 8 year old daughter who is significantly cooler than me. Not joking.
- 03I'm a mom, a business owner, and chronically convinced there's enough time in the day for one more idea.
Together
One brings vision and systems.
The other brings steady execution and care.
We balance one another in the way two friends who built something together usually do. And every decision inside A&B, every email sent, every estimate written, every nail driven, passes through the same question: would we do it this way for our own family?
